Continuous work experience while changing employers

I want to submit my profile to the express entry pool. I worked full time as a software engineer for 10 months and then changed my employer and worked part time as a software engineer for 10 months. Both my jobs were in the same field and had roughly the same job description. I did not take a big break in between. I went from the first job straight to the next with about 2 days in between. Is this considered continuous employment?
