Hi Guys,
I have a question regarding the continuous work experience in FSW. I have work experience from Sept 5, 2011, July 23, 2012. I kept this in the Express entry form as Sept 2011 - August 2012. Is this considered misrepresentation ? Also I dont have continuous work experience but a total of around 2 years work experience in the same NOC. Can I apply for Express entry FSW ? Please note that the experience is foreign work experience. I asked the CIC regarding this and all they gave me is how the score is calculated. So, how serious is the continuous work experience thing ? I have 1560 hours since my work is 45 hours a week. Is there anybody in CIC that I can contact ?

If you worked till July 23rd, why would you put it as Aug in EE? I am afraid it may be construed as misrepresentation.

You need one year of continuous paid work experience in a particular NOC and count it as 1560 Hrs. CIC stops at 30 hrs. per week to calculate full time for the year..so is you have worked more per day/week, it wont be counted in the calculation.
