Continuous 1.5 years experience, but changing jobs?

This forum really helped me in the past with my application and would like to ask a question.

I started working as a financial sales rep (one of the eligible NOCs) in November 2016.

It’s been 1.5 years.

Due to this job triggering my depression I was looking to leave and I just got offered a job as a Website Manager (another eligible NOC), which I really like doing and want to develop in digital marketing.

My question is: Does it matter after I meet the minimum eligible criteria of 1 year as a Financial Sales Representative [6235](http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/Profile.aspx?val=6&val1=6235&ver=11&_ga=2.38438435.1863029270.1524421035-1646350594.1520605880)

and then change my job to another eligible NOC in a completely different industry such as a WEBSITE MANAGER? [2175](http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=2&val1=2175&ver=11&val65=Web manager)

P.S - I don’t know if I will be eligible under financial sales rep, but was able to get a reference letter with the responsibilities under the NOC. That’s also one of the reasons why I am changing careers.

I will also be a british citizen soon and can use the experience as a web manager to find a job when I apply for a working holiday visa in Canada if express entry doesn’t work.

Can I count this as more than 2 years of experience when I do 6 months in my new job both in Express Entry and FSW, because I would have met the minimum of 1 year?

I think, you can certainly be eligible for EE as long as you have 1 year of continuous experience. You can add òn work experience as long as they fall under NOC 0, A, B. I have work experience from 2 different NOC

Thank you.

It really worries me that I quit my job now at 1.5 years of experience, my FSW won’t approve me since I only get 66 points when I enter 1 year of work experience. Some people said that it only needs to be 1 continuous year and after I can take breaks, but I just don’t want to ruin the 1.5 years experience I already have.
