Because of sanction I decide to migrate with my family to Canada.
I have wife 33 years old.
One boy 13 years old.
Two girls 10 and 9 years old
And I am 43
I passed bachelor of science in industrial engineering also ny wife is it engineer .

You should research the Self Employed Immigration program and also Express Entry. Details are in the link below. For Express Entry, you must have 470+ points to be selected which may be quite difficult for you given your age.
