Content of Australian Police Certificate Name Only Search

Hello All,

Especially for those who has a visa issue and has requested and received their Australian Police Certificate. Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

I overstayed my work visa for 6 years in Australia. I left Australia on my own on a granted Bridging E visa (I have to show my plane ticket to get that visa). I left on February 2011. I have never applied for any visa back to Australia.

Now I need an Australian Police Certificate Name Only Search for MPNP. I need to know whether my Visa Overstay will appear on the certificate.

And will train infringements appear as well? I have paid them but I believe I left one infringement unpaid due to the Bridging Visa demand to leave the country.

Will all these appear on my certificate? I only lived at NSW, and never had a driver's license. And I never had any encounter with the police, only train infringement officers but I paid all of the infringements except one.

I will very much appreciate any response. Thank you very much in advanced.

The pcc from Australia talks about if one has criminal record or not. I dont think they will mention any legal status during the stay.
Mine say as "This is to certify that there are no disclosable court outcomes recorded against the name of:Name born on date of birth" in the records of AFP and in all states and territories as at issue date.

So i dont think you should worry about it. You can just get the pcc and have a look if its all ok.

During cic stage you have periods of stay disclosures in which you mention about your status in the country which you might think about but i dont think you need to worry about pnp stage. If you are submitting cic forms to pnp then you might need to worry about it now on what to mention.
