Contacting for CEC Status

Hello,

I have been waiting for my PR CEC application since September 1st 2022, I am in the background check stage.

Can anyone fill me with which phone should I call to press the CRA, and to get more information? Also, which extensions should I press during the call and which is the best time to call?

Also, which information about me, and my claim should I prepare before the call?

I have been told that calling after 2 om, or 4-5 min 8 am is the best time.

This number is from within Canada only. If you're within Canada, you will have the option of requesting a call back. In my case, I got a callback with 12 minutes on a Friday afternoon.
