I applied for a TRV paper application on Jan 20, and according to the processing times on the CIC website, I should have received my passport by now.
Since I have not I want to contact the CPP Ottawa office, and since I can not by phone, I will by email. However, they want to know things like UCI number, application number etc. How can I provide these as I do not know them since I applied by paper? Anyone have any idea?
