Hi guys,

From the GCMS notes, I know that my application is approved. My file has been with the NDVO (New Delhi Visa Office) for some time now - around 8 months! I've located the email address for this specific visa office. Now my question is: In the email that I will be sending them to ask of CoPR ETA - it should be ok to mention that I had purchased the GCMS notes and know where I stand, right?

I want to convey a message along these lines to the NDVO:
"Hello <xyz>, ...From the GCMS notes, I am aware that my EE application has received an approval. Could you let me know of an approximate ETA for issuance of the CoPR and Visa counterfoil documents?..."

Do you think this is fine, or are we not supposed to mention the GCMS notes?

Thanks in advance!

PS: Just remembered that my medical tests will probably have to be redone - since the original medicals were done in September 2019.

Pinging this up - question is: Can I mention GCMS notes when I contact a certain VO by email?
