Contact phone number for Sydney Nova Scotia

Hi, I hope someone can help me. It's now been one year that I have sent my applications for my children to the Sydney office in Nova Scotia. I heard that it takes a long time but so far I havn't received any confirmation from them regarding my application. I have the receipt for payment which was made on line and as I posted registered mail, it says it was signed for on April 2nd. As I applied for this outside Canada the phone number listed on their page will not let me connect to this number to investigate further. Can anyone please advise.

As far as I know there is no direct number to any case processing centre - the only number available is for the main call centre.

Have you checked e-CAS?
