Contact number for Mailing Address

Hi,

I just applied under 2172 FSW category and courierd documents to the following address

P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

The courier office ask for the telephone number so ,that they can take appointment and deliver them.
what is the contact number ?

Same was the case with me when i was sending my app via courier.....courier company was insisting on receiver's contact number....i gave this CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100. Guess what my package was delivered successfully..received by DONNA on 15th Dec 2014 8) 8)
