Contact Details of CIC

Hi,

I had applied for FSW2014 under Noc 2173 from India.
and my application package was recieved by cic on Nov5th 2014. But unfortunately CAP reached one week after my application was recieved.

Now i have no updates regarding my application package.

Can someone provide me the email id and contact number to contact CIC regarding this.
And if anyone is under the same scenario, can you please let me know what is your status and some idea on when the application package will be returned.

I think you may be confusing the CIC (overall organization) with the CIO i.e. your application was received/rejected by the CIO.

You can contact the CIO at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca -> they take about a month and half to respond/

how long it would take to reach you. This delay also has to do with the postal system in your country.
