I recently received my pr card but unfortunately my wife got a message saying she needs to submit new copy of her photos. We have sent the photos about a month ago but we haven't heard anything since then. We are not sure if photos were delivered correctly. Is there any way we can contact IRCC or someone else from outside Canada to check the status?
