Hi, my job is customer service manager and i have a job offer as customer service agent .
I do partially some contact center task such as: handling vip customers complaints , and its mentioned in the employment letter in addition to other managerial task of course.

My question is: do you think it is an issue? , knowing that , my friend who is also having a job offer as contact center agent , and he is a marketing guy ?
