Me and my husband have been planning on applying for Canada Express Entry for a while now. We're giving the IELTS this weekend. We've heard mixed reviews about if we should go with an agency or apply by ourselves. This confusion is what has stopped us till now. Kindly guide me as to what is a better option? Self application or going with an agency If agency, which one do you suggest in delhi/gurgaon?

I prefer self application, it gives you control over your application and if you have any issues, you can post it here n people that have been in similar situation will help and if they can't, you can ask a consultant.
100% would not suggest any agency in Delhi/Gurgaon.
- No oversight or anything, they can do whatever they want and get away with it.
- Too many horror stories heard... applications rejected because they mistyped something or clients were advised to misrepresent something
- They don't have any training at all... all their knowledge has come from trial and error, do you really want to be their guinea pig?
If you are going with an agency, go with an immigration lawyer (not consultant) practicing in Canada.
I would definitely recommend doing it by yourself!
Consultants are driven by their pay, and are not familiar with your little details of your life, which can make or break an application!
You know your work experience, history, etc... better than anyone. He can't possibly think of every possible question to ask you, for him to get all the details from you.
If a consultant misses ticking a tiny little box, that can get you in big trouble... and they don't care at all.
Sometimes they'll even misguide you based on their own interpretation of the system.
Seriously, all the information is available online, and anyone can do it by themselves.
