I am assuming you are in the operations side of things and want to get into the management part of things now. I would suggest you take a look at a MBA as a good option. You will have to sit for GMAT but you will get much more out of it from a management perspective.

Having looked at the course it is more of basics and then with Ontario specific rules. If you are looking to join the workforce in Canada it seems suitable but I don't believe that's suitable for you experience and age.

What are you looking to do. Are you looking with job prospects or developing your skills.

Thank you for your valuable reply. My main objective is to study a degree that is relevant to my career.
I am an instrumentation and control engineer G4ADfrom university of north texas usa. I was involved for the past 15 years in the oil and gas construction lately i been feeling tired and depressed from the life in saudia so i want to go back to school and from school i will see if i have luck to stay as a permanent resident.

Have you though of doing something related with oil and gas. Alberta is the province for anything related to that though it is going through a dip at the current moment. I would suggest a master's or something like that in your related field as there are quite a few good pathways to PR after master's. Also graduate courses like the one in George brown will be mostly of people around 20-25 yrs of age which may be a issue for you.

Alternatively you could apply for PR from where you are but I am guessing you already though of that.
