consolidating work experience in post ITA application

Profile has two entries for the same employer, two different job titles and NOC codes. Employer refuses to provide two experience letters. Is it ok to combine the two job descriptions in the final application?

If I were in your position,
I would have asked my employer to mention both the exp in one letter and I will upload same letter in both placeholders and will write an explanation letter with a nice sweet and short explanation as i have exp with 2 noc codes and but with same employer, so my employer combined bot the exp and job duties in one consolidated letter so please kindly consider it.

I second ntwkengg.

Just get 2 different lists of roles & responsibilities which clearly align with the 2 different NOCs. And also get the timelines for these roles clearly mentioned in the letter.
