Consolidated proof of funds document

Hi All,
I have balance in my joint account and EPF accounts and Recurring deposit (RD).. I need to know whether I should create a document stating all my funds details and self attest it or just attach the individual certificates I received from my bank along with 6 months statements . Please help me out. I have to submit for SINP.

Hey Sonia,
Create a summary of your funds with column names - Account name,account type and amount. You can even add a short covering letter.
Then attach all the proof of these accounts and amounts( bank letter,stamped bank statements, Recurring FD receipt, EPF statement)
