I am in a strange situation.. I am in already in Canada with my family. Now I have applied for PR - CEC and trying to apply for Bridging Open Work Permit. But in the mandatory documents for kids, "Consent Letter" and "Custody letter" is made mandatory.
Consent letter should be signed by both the parents stating my kids can travel with us. But practically we are not travelling anywhere.. But thats secondary... the template I found on travel.gc.ca/letter is for kids travelling with single parent. It does not have any option that kids are already with the parents.
Has anyone faced this situation? Can someone please provide me the sample letter or format for the same?
