Consent for emedical

Hi,

When I went for the medical, the assistant to the doctor provided the consent form that I signed and gave back to her. She immediately gave me the letter to be uploaded along with application.

The 2nd page of letter mentions this "You have not yet provided online consent for eMedical to process your health examinations"

Does this mean anything, shall I call them?

If you went through the medicals, you are good.

If one reference letter mentions all the required information, do I still need to request pay slips from the employer?
