Good day, i have a crucial question to forum experts, my first cousin live in Saskatchwan around 9 months who is 19 years old by born canadian citizen. My uncle (husband of my aunt(first blood)) also reside saskatchwan about 16 years but my aunt reside in Torrento. unfortunately my aunt is divorced with my uncle about 6 years ago. in this regards, i want show my uncle's connection (husband of my aunt (first blood)) for sinp immigration process, though they have divorced for 6 years.
Consider the above situation,my questions towards to expert is can i claim 20 point SINP immigration as close relative reside(considering the uncle document) in canada?
