We applied this way because we have children and we know they couldn't attend school of there TRV, plus my partner want to do everything correct, plus also she in the process of divorce in chile, what takes time.
We have lots of proof of our relationship, support , trips back and forth to Canada, every 3 months we are together.
Question is does anyone the success rate this way and all so the success rate for Santiago chile?????

Stage 1 approved , took 20 days to be done

August 20th 2012 received September 10th 2012 app been transfer to Santiago

I think that if she is still in the divorce in Chile, she will not get granted with a visa any time soon.

Sorry about that.

Probably there is another solution maybe an immigration lawer could help you with more information.

If the applicant is not yet divorced, you're application is going to be refused. You need to be in a lawful marriage / marriage-like relationship in order to be accepted as a member of the family class. Not only that, but applying as conjugal is the most difficult to prove, thus, get the visa.

I wish you all the best and hope I am wrong!
