Confusions

Dear All,

I am trying to apply for canadian immigration under PNP stream for Alberta province. I do have confusions about the process:

1- Should I apply it as paper based application ? or should I apply for Express Entry then try to get nomination from Alberta Province ?
2- In both cases should I get an ECA from WES ?
3- what can boost my chance to be nominated for Alberta ?

this doesnt supose to cos confusion, this is 2 different and seperat tins entirelly, express entry is different from paper application/online, they both have different processes, and both have there own advantages and disadvantages, express entry is fast, but d proces is complex, and d main disadvantage is that its a mater of luck, cos its draw and there are thousands of people applying all over the world, online/paper application is slow, but most times u will be nominated,

have just summerise the whole tin for u, so dis wat u do, go and read more about alberta pronvincial nominee program from there website, and read tru it, and browse express entry too
