It is better to send it only when they ask you to do so, no need for Buffalo office to send the RPRF with your application and supporting documents.

However, if you do so, they will not refuse it, but you will have to wait for a long time for a refund, if your application got refused (hope not) for any reason.

Another point, Buffalo is very slow, so in my opinion wait until they ask you to pay the fees to at least have some clues about the stage in which your application is, because usually they ask for it in a later stage when your application is likely approved.

so, buffalo does not mention RPRF as part of its checklist?

I know for sure, ND CHC asks for RPRF draft as part of the checklist - so people enclose it as part of the full application itself while applying for ND.

in a way it's good.... save processing time for applicants... else, one will be asked for RPRF by regular post which will take anything from 3 - 15 days to get delivered. Then, you would take 3-4 days for getting the DD made and sending across. They will then put it in clearing and send you the receipt. It will take 10 days... so, ND is cutting down almost 15-30 days processing time by take the fee early...

and you all can see the results on trackitt... it's the fastest and the most efficient visa office since Nov 08. The only catch is that in case of rejection, one's money gets stuck for a few months....
