I am having a hard time deciding on a noc code for my skills .2281 seems closest to me, but that also has only 4 responsibilities that i do . 2282 also has some responsibilities but i am not a L1 resource .I work for L2 support. I am also considering 2174. Can someone please guide me on what would suit it the most .
My designations are as below :
1 st company : System administrator
2nd company : appliation support specialist
3rd company : Infrastructure specialist(spent less than a year here)
My roles and responsibilities are below :
· experience in application maintenance ,installations, configurations, deployment and management of enterprise applications using JBOSS EAP 5.1/6.x, Apache EWS2 , IBM WebSphere Application Server 7.0, IBM HTTP Server 6/7, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4/5/6, setting up the development, testing and production environments and application support.
· Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
· Extensive experience in creating, configuring and administrating profiles, cells, nodes, node agents clustering application servers, virtual hosts and session management.
· Provided 24x7 application and production support, best practice troubleshooting, monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, security and maintenance.
· Involved in writing scripts to automate administration tasks using Shell scripting.
· Worked closely with Project Managers, development, testing, pre-production and production teams to align project deliverables within due dates and reporting issues associated with it.
