If anyone can help me here, I have following doubts?

1. I did first NOC B full-time job during 13-June-2016 to 13-oct- 2016 (4 months), while i was working there i started another full time NOC B job from 23-sep-2016 until present. So my question is, when will my 1 year work experience complete. Is it on 23-May-2017? or 13-June-2017?

2. I had foreign work experience as well which i mention while applying my student visa. However, i wont able to get reference letter from that employer as CIC requirement. I do have all Pay stubs, Tax returns. So my question is, How should I avoid this requirement as i have to mention this as my personal history? but I don't want to claim any points for this.

If you do not want to claim points you can move that information to the personal history, and than you do not have to proof the employment. You do not need anything from that employer.
1 year means-52 weeks
More jobs do not count in the same time.

1. You can't double count your experience. It's June 13.

2. You must add it as personal history but you don't have to include it as work history from my understanding.

Thank you quick reply!!!

I have another question. How long PCC valid for? I know that there is so many answer we can find in this forum but i just want to be sure.

1. India - Issued on 23-Mar-2017
2. UK- Issued on 13-Mar-2017 (This is after my last stay in this country - So i guess it would be okie ?)
3. Canadian - 22-Feb- 2017

So as per my situation, I will complete my 1 year experience on 13-June-2017 and then i am able to get enough Point to be selected. So should i applied new PCCs or Above mention will be okie that time. As i heard that PCC shouldn't be issued more than 3 months when u applied for PR.

So anyone can please give some suggestion what should i do?

For your current country of residence it is valid for 6 months.

For all other countries it is valid if obtained after the last time you lived in such countries.
