I originally applied for a study permit for the Jan 2021 intake and later I deferred my intake to September 2021. I got a request letter from IRCC asking me to upload LOA and in response to that request letter i uploaded my new LOA (September 2021) and after few days I got my study permit application approved. Hence, do I need to send my new LOA(September 2021 intake) to IRCC through webform now?.

I’m confused... You uploaded your September 2021 LOA after IRCC requested you and now you want to raise a webform to send your September 2021 LOA? Did you or did you not upload your September 2021 LOA?

I have uploaded my September 2021 LOA but I am confused because the visa stamp on my passport has an expiry date of 30/4/2023. If they had issued me a visa considering the September intake, the expiry date would be of December 2023. Moreover, my GC key still shows the status " we are reviewing additional document you provided." Hence, it seems like they haven't seen my new LOA! and I have been issued a visa for Jan 2021 intake. This might create issues at Airport and in the future as well,l as I won't be having any status in Canada from 30/04/2023 but my program would get completed in September 2023 considering the fact that it's a two-year program.

Visa and permit are two different things. You need the visa to enter Canada. But you need the permit to stay in Canada. You will get your permit at PoE. You should be concerned with your study permit expiration once you get it at point if entry.

Okay! wasn't aware of this, Thank you for sharing this. Will I get a study permit according to September intake or January? and What do you suggest should I raise webform for new LOA?

Permit duration is up to the CBSA. When I arrived here in November 2018, the officer asked me when my program starts and when I expect to finish. I answered my program is a two year diploma so I expect to finish after my 4th semester. I also told him I don’t plan on taking summer break off so that I can finish my program the soonest possible time (I started Winter 2019 semester). Got my permit valid until July 2020 (with condition allowing me to work off-campus). and I finished my 4th sem in April 2020. Applied for my PGWP in June 2020 before my SP expired.

IMHO, you don’t need to raise a webform for your new LOA because you already submitted it.
