confusion regarding NOC code 4011

i am a SENIOR LECTURER at a dental college in INDIA. i have done my masters. according to me my NOC code should be 4011, and if so, from where should I get reference letter? from the college or the university to which the college is affiliated?

NOC 4011 is for lecturers/professors/postdoc researchers at UNIVERSITY level. There is another NOC for college level lecturers. Please double check the lead statements of the NOC and requirements to make sure you dont get rejected due to incorrect NOC (this is the biggest cause of rejections).

Employer reference letter should be from the organization where you are working.

CIC will check the job description and your employer details against your claimed NOC.

If you claim 4011, and your reference letter mentions college then CIC might not agree with your claimed NOC.
