Confusion regarding misrepresentation, advise plz!

Hi everyone,

I applied for Post Graduate Work Permit & extension in visa i.e temporary residence visa after completing my studies year ago in Canada.

For employment fields in Pgwp, I entered wrong month i.e. April instead of May for one of skill job then in extension app I didn't specify my second job which I started from July (I don't know how I can miss it, being so dumb) & this app was filled while I was doing July job.

Now, I do have T4, NOA & employment letters for both of jobs. My nature is I get so nervous while doing important work that's why I did above faults & even in my post ita, I did missed doc's which I did sent them via CSE, again because getting nervous.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated & currently my app status is medical paased & Ip1.

Is your EE in progress and you are concerned whether you previous PGWP application will be compared against the EE?

This will not be a concern as long as you meet the EE criteria. IRCC will most likely not even compare your application and the error is a minor one, and you have given an explanation for it.

Yes my application is in progress & being concerned if it will be compared with PGWP & temp visa application.

I hope that they don't compare it & give it as misrepresentation , resulting in ruining up my life.

I gave ref letter for 1st job on company letterhead & t4.
For July job, I got ref letter on company letterhead but not specifying my start dates of skill job & duties. So i got letter from senior on paper & attached his company card, also copy of email conversation in which Hr was requested to give letter according to Cic requirements but he gave simple letter.
I also did upload NOA for previous year & for this year , I submitted all the paystubs for second job.

You have done all you can. Chances of comparing the application is slim and you should not have any trouble. To track your application you should order GCMS and keep a track.
