Confusion regarding CLB 9 and 10

I have the following score in IELTS

Listening = 9
Reading = 8.5
Writing = 7.5
Speaking = 7

as per the information given above, I have CLB 10 in Listening, Reading and Writing but CLB9 in Speaking. I want to know that what will be my overall CLB level.

You get points for each section's CLB separately.
You qualify for CLB 9 and above.

The overall CLB does not play a role, you get points for each separate IELTS module.

For EE language points you get points for each CLB
For EE skills transferability factors, you get maximum points for CLB 9
