Hi,

I have been a Canadian PR since March 10, 2017. Before I became a PR, I came to Canada in 2010 as a refuge but Lost the case, and still remained in Canada. In 2013, my father sponsored me and on July 13, 2013, I submitted my papers for PR status, during the process I still remained in Canada, but I'm not sure what status I had. With the new Immigration law that came into effect in 2017, They count .5 days for each day you have been living in Canada. Would this apply to me? Would a temporary status count from 2014 to the day I received my PR card?

I would love some assistance, please.

My certificate of Identity has a sticker that says "this travel document is not valid for travel to (home country)". Wouldnt that make me a refugee?
You said you lost your hearing and your father had to sponsor you. Assume you were between 18-22 at the time.

My mother lost her hearing, which I was part of it. When my dad submitted the application, I was 21.
