confusion over application/profile status

Hi,

I submitted my application on 22nd october. My CRS score (acc to the CRS score calculator) comes to 423.

My application was accepted (got an application no. and an auto mail from CIC) but after that no message at all.

When I check the status in the table it shows the following:

Application/Profile status - Pending Additional Criteria
Province/Territory Nomination - No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration - Not applicable
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria - In Progress
ITA Status - Not Applicable
Review of submitted documents - (---blank----)

I have no clue what this means : "Pending Additional Crietria" - can somebody here explain.

My CRS score is not showing on the application in My CIC.

Is there any way I can contact the CIC to know the status of my application. I mean is there an email id??

I know my score is much less than the 450 figure, but does that mean my application isn't considered in the pool.

Please help!

One major issue i can clearly see is the job bank showing as not applicable. Have you registered with job bank?

no i havent.

I thought i needed a "job seeker validation code" to do that, which i haven't received in the message box.
