Confusion on Work Experience

Hi, I am from India and working with a Big MNC for last 4 years and have all the documents to proof the same as well. But Company selected me basis my skill and not my academics. I have cleared Graduation this year i.e. 2018 and now wants to apply for PR in Canada.
Confusion is - Whether work experience I have will be counted even if it is gained simultaneously with my studies. All consultants says that Work experience for PR Canada will only be counted if it is after passing Graduation. Please help and let me know If I can apply for PR in Canada.

The work experience is only counted after the date you became skilled for the job category, i.e. your completion of the study on the bases of which you started the job. So, the work experience earned after the completion of your graduation would be counted.

Thank you for your quick reply - Can You also help with the definition of Skilled so that I could check if I have any other degree/diploma to show that I am skilled before I starting my job?
