Confusion on whether to choose Noc 4011 or 4021

I teach in a self financing college with the designation as Assistant professor. This desig. is given in 4011,but am not directly teaching in a university(as given under 4011). I have completed Masters in English. I am confused whether to give 4011or 4021.Pls help.

Designations are not important. Your roles and responsibilities must substantially match with the selected NOC.
