Confusion on Valid job offer

I have closed work permit (Intra company transfer) and working here since 1year. What do I choose for "Do you have valid job offer"? My company has already extended work permit for next 2 years and they can release offer letter also.
I am assuming that my option should be "Yes" and it is exempt from LMIA? Am I right? can anyone please confirm on this.

Yes you can choose yes that you have a valid job offer, the offer just has to state that they will keep you one year after pr, and if not then it has to state that the offer is for permanent full time
And yes should be exempt from lmia,employer specific
