Hi,

I have one confusion London visa office instruction page 4 clearly says that

7.
WORK EXPERIENCE
For you, the principal applicant:
•notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation
•original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
•the specific period of your employment with the company
•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•your main responsibilities in each position
•your total annual salary plus benefits
•the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
•a business card of the person signing

actually I m preparing letters from my current company generally my company issue
two letter first experience letter which

HR issues is like that

This is to confirm that XXXX is currently employed by XXXXX, XXXX Branch as
Database Developer. His date of hire is XXXXX. His current annual salary is US $_________

signed by Human resource manager

and second letter which is called as reference letter or recommendation letter
by our immediate supervisor or manager in my case my IT manager

which contain

•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•your main responsibilities in each position

so my question is that according to London visa office requirement both letter does
not fill their requirement in that case what should I do ?

1) prepare one single letter from HR mentioning my job duties and salary
2) two separate letter which normally my company issues one from hr and
one from my IT manager.

Please advice

i think if u can, without breaking the office protocols, it's better to get one letter from HR or from ur manager which will mention all the points that are specified by London CHC. it's better to send it htis way as the IO will not have to figure out which letter is for what if he gets 2 letters from ur work place & also his life will become much easier and in returnhe will try to do the same for u.

this is just my opinion. plz take opinion from the experts.............
