Hi, has anyone experienced this situation:
I received an automated email message from IRCC stating my online application is missing some information or documents, I logged into my online account and the section where we should submit ID pictures was indeed shown as blank, so I reuploaded 2 pieces of IDs (PR + health card, both sides) and resubmitted the application.
However 2 weeks ago after my initial application submission, I downloaded my application summary for backup purposes, and I just checked that document and it clearly stated that I had submitted these ID pictures in the original submission, and as a matter of fact, if I forgot these I wouldn't be able to submit in the first place. I also double checked these pictures and make sure they comply with the size/format requirements, and they are 100% correctly labeled.
This is very confusing and I'm not sure what happened and why my ID pictures were "detached" from the initial submission. Has anyone experienced the same thing? If IRCC comes back to me in 2 weeks and saying the same thing, is there a way to dispute this?
Thanks in advance!
