Hello

I have some confusion and I hope you can help me out

- What should be the purpose of visit? Family visit (I am going to visit my husband)?
-My visa was rejected once? Shall i gave the UCI number in the current form?

Also do I need to sign the documents if I apply online?

1- purpose of visit - family (since your husband is family)
2- I would not worry about UCI number
3- no do not sign the application unless you are mailing it. For online-based application you have to complete the information on the PDF then click validate, then save it. Next step you simply upload it. When you are ready to submit the application after you have uploaded all other documents, go ahead and submit. The system will digitally ask your verification - digital signature.
