confusion in crs calculator

Hi all,
I have WES certificate for bachelor's degree from India. September 2019 I'll be joining 8months grad certificate course in entrepreneurship management after which I wish to apply for the PR under express entry category. I have a confusion in understanding column 4 and 4b in CRS calculator . Can I put:
1. Bachelor's degree in column named "level of education" and then grad certificate (one year) in column 4b (which asks for any Canadian degree/diploma)
2. Put Canadian education only I'm Column 4 and not mention bachelor's degree at all ?
In case 1 my crs score becomes pretty strong (450)...if I am not able to conbey my problem ,please ask .Ill try to explain my query again. Thanks )

Your question is indeed vague, are you doing the 8-month course in India or Canada?

Hi ,thanks for replying. I'm doing it in canada. I wish to know what my Actual CRS score is going to be(and if it's sufficient for getting me an ITA) after I finish this grad. certificate course in Canada. For that I need to know if my bachelor's degree (for which I have WES accreditation) will hold any significance in determining my crs score once I . As of now my CRS score is 435 .

I mean , I fill my bachelor's (3years or more) degree in CRS calculator under column 4 . but it is also accepting my Canadian postgrad qualification at the same time under column 4C. this combination gives me a fantastic score of 450. is it a mistake or is that possible ?

I have difficulty in comprehending the language under column 4 of CRS calculator. can I still make use of my bachelor's degree(with WES recognition) after having finished post grad diploma education?
