I want to clear my confusion between private college herzing in montreal and university of winnipeg.i already got offer letter for herzing but applied for university of winnipeg too for jan intake on 17 september 2018.should i wait for university of winnipeg or herzing college will be better too? My agent told that university will have more chances of visa. But got to know from some of my friends that in winnipeg, students struggle to get a job and study is tough.but in herzing college study hours are flexible and students get job easily in montreal. I am from india. Please bring me out of this dilemma as am really worried. Thank you so much for help.

Herzing is a private college, and from what I gather their diplomas are worthless as far as employers are concerned. University of Winnipeg is a true university so there is no comparison on the academic and reputation side.

Winnipeg has a population of just 700,000 while Montreal is over 4 million so the job issue is probably true.

Seems like a decision to be made get a good worthwhile education or a just so one plus of course French will be useful in Montreal whereas Winnipeg worst thing might be the winters. Cannot speak to jobs if that is critical maybe look at another city.

Any public University is better than college.

Herzing, ISI, CDI, Matrix etc are all crap colleges and as Bongoman pointed out about Herzing it's true about
the other one's I pointed out. Their agents/delegates brainwash gullible students into believing their self made rules
and then you see these students crying in different forums. I have stopped giving any advice to these brainwashed folks.

Any public college in Montreal be it vocational, cegep or Uni is far better than private one's as they have strict
study norms with fair bit of assignments. Private colleges offer 2 days classes in a week and promise the sun
to students and this sun loses its shine completely by the time they graduate.

All the best to OP in making his/her decision.
