Confusion about travelling history.

Dears,

I'm Jordanian and was born in Kuwait. I completed my 18 years old in May 2010 in Kuwait and went to Jordan to study my higher education later in that year. But during 2010 and 2015 ( Actual country of residence: Jordan) I had a valid Kuwaiti residency and I was travelling from Jordan to Kuwait to visit my family.

In Jan 2015, I completed my higher education and went back again to Kuwait. However, from Jan 2015 to Now I'm visiting Jordan (Actual country of residence: Kuwait)

Now when filling the travelling history, do I need to mention travelling between the two countries or not ?

You will have to mention last 10 years of travel history or after once you turned 18.
