Confusion about schedule 1

hello All, I am confused about uploading schedule 1 application for my parents as I see there are 2 different schedule 1 form. I am confused which one to use. can you please let me know.
1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257B_1.pdf (this one has question about previous travel history)
2. http://www.visum.de/visainfos/Kanada_Info_Shedule.pdf (this one dont have question about previous travel history)

I'd go with the one that is from the CIC website. That will always be more up-to-date!
