Confusion about point for CSQ

I have bach. in Environment science from India.
In Quebec i am doing AEC in Computer science.

I have question is it possible to claim 10 points for my bach. from education section(Indian Degree Equivalent to Quebec) and 9 point for Area of Training section (Diploma in Quebec)?

Level of education and area of training don't necessarily have to be from the same diploma! It depends in your situation. If you have worked for 12 months or more in the past 5 years in computer science, you will get 10 points for bachelor + 9 points for computer science. I am almost certain for this.
