Confusion about Medical exam for permanent residence

So I got my ITA today and are preparing to get a medical exam. On their site it was saying "We’ll send you instructions on how to get your medical exam done. You must go for your medical exam within 30 days of receiving these instructions."

So I have to wait for instructions ?

Or do I have to schedule it on my own ?
