09/02/2023 = Principal applicant moving back to Australia

- Was asked to submit the passport and COPR for cancellation. Can I submit them to either New Delhi or Australian VO?
- In the spouse related forms I mentioned my Indian address as the current address. Do I have to inform IRCC about the Australian address when I go back? or mention anything related to wife still being in India?
- If Spouse also relocates to Australia in the meantime, what would we need to do?
