I have worked in a company that has close contribution with a university. I worked in that company for 1 year under supervision of only 1 person all the time. And that person has affiliation both in the company and university.
However, for the first three months of the work, I was getting paid by the university still being present in the company full time ( I was not a full-time student, and applied for PGWP), and after I was getting paid by the company.
I'm creating my EE profile and I don't know I should separate my work history. In my work reference letter,it has mentioned I was working under the supervision of this person, three months getting paid by university ,and 9 months by company providing the letter. and I can add my tax slips to support that.
I prefer to not separate work history, because literally is the same job and same duties, and I was performing my tasks only in the company, and everything is clearly mentioned in my work reference letter.
