Confusion about common relationship and address

I have a huge confusion about the address in the forms of spousal sponsorship. As me i am a Canadian citizen by birth my husband who is here on visitor visa rn are applying for spousal sponsorship. So in the digital forms address section is where the confusion comes. So me and my husband we were dating since 2022 august he was living in a different place and i was living in a different apartment. So his lease was august 2022 to august 2023 but he started living with me since january 2023 so when filling out the forms should i put august 2022 to august 2023 or should i put august 2022 to december 2022?
