Confusing Intention to Reject Letter - CSQ Temporary Worker Stream

I was just sent an "Intent to Reject" letter after waiting 5 months for my CSQ. The letter asked for a number of documents, one of which was the following:
"All your valid work permits, including proof of renewal submitted
before your temporary worker status expires (Receipt of payment of fees
and application submission slip OR confirmation from Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada of receipt of the renewal application)."

I am very confused, as I already submitted a copy of my work permit, which doesn't expire until December. Am I expected to have applied for an extension??? Or do I just resubmit a copy of my work permit, and everything is fine?
I still have 9 months on my current work permit, I don't need an extension to apply for the CSQ right?

What kind of work permit you are holding?
I have similar case, back then, I changed status from study permit to PGWP. My SP expired on Aug 2021, my PGWP issued on Sep 2021. I submitted PGWP before my SP expired but according to them, "there was 1 month gap" (aug-sep 2021) so they asked me to submit proofs of WP extension (confirmation of submission, receipts, etc) so that my status was valid entire time. Hope this helped.

they are asking for all you work permits (previous and actual) and application submission proofs ( to proof that you submitted your application before the expiry of your pervious work permit)
