Dear all,

Me and my bf going to married next year, and after that i want to apply for visa to canada coz i want to stay with my husband, am i have to appy for TRV ? can i apply for PR but my husband not resident of canada he has job there and got working visa! can i apply all together at the same time?

If your bf, isn't Canadian pr, or citizen, how are you planing to apply for Permanent resident?!

If your husband is still on a working visa... you could apply for a spousal open work permit to come to canada... this kind does not need an employer/or a job order...

If the husband is on a skilled work visa, NOC category A, B or 0, you can apply for a TRV and an open spouse work permit. If he is on a low skilled work visa, you would have to qualify yourself for any visa you want, TRV or a work permit of your own by finding employer, getting LMO, then work permit etc.

If you qualify to apply for PR, for example under the skilled worker class, you can do that and include your husband on your application. If your husband can apply for PR, PNP nominee or something, he can include you on his application after you are married.
