confused with family details

HI,
should I mention my father's and mother's details in IMM0008 generic or should I only mention spouse details? they are not accompanying me now, but in future i may want to take them to CANADA to live with me. Should I mention them in additional family detail? I have one sister , father , mother and my wife in my family. My sis is a imigrant in USA. so in IMM0008 generic and in additional family details form, whose details i should include.plz help.

Start by reading the instructions. Only the persons that will accompany you to Canada are included on the IMM 008, your spouse and dependent children. Your parents and siblings are listed on the IMM 5406 and your spouse completes a 5406 for her parents and siblings and if your children are over 18 they complete a 5406.

To answer your next question, no your parents don't have to have medicals or submit photos.
