I have my parents in toronto. Do you think I should apply under fsw?

One more thing, is it advisable if I apply temporary working permit then if they will approve how is my chances to convert it as immigrant?

if you are able to get Work Permit, than go a head, work 12 months and apply through CEC program, Canadian Experience Class.
